Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 10/8/2026, under the hood it's been a 9 year project.
We have been posting here since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016, I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller ones.

There as never been a single power-down made on this account for all those active years, our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. Doing such things rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

Casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all. We also try to use some of that Steem to buy even more, we are a top 300 Steem investor. That is not to brag but simply proof of work.

Life's Diary Notes 📕🖊

Aug 2026- The body continues to fight this condition placed upon me. I'm now on day 192 of the specialist treatment plan. It's been helping me to slowly minimize symptoms, but sadly not to a point where it fully cured. There's a strong probability that there may still be further underlining issues 🙁. But that will have to be another problem for later. Since the first 90 day cycle of treatment I'm now on even more medication. This initially caused me a lot of nausea, almost daily, but it fixed my side pains. And now I rarely get that nausea. Since then it also seems to lesser the inflammation on my legs. I had "and passed" a 30 day streak where the inflammation on my legs as been minimal. I'm now on my 3rd cycle of another 90 days😫. Obtaining the treatment continues to be a challenge as I have to keep fighting the pharmacy to allow me excess to medicine. Which is not right, I shouldn't have to be doing this while unwell since already having gone through the correct and "yet costly" process.

I was back to work today for the early morning shift. While I slept ok it was not of course not for long enough. But I felt better waking up compared to yesterday. Leaving for work this morning unlike yesterday I was not worried for the day ahead. I knew it was Big Dug who I would be working with today. What I also noticed on the way was how the market car park is covered in tire marks. Now I have seen it like that before and thought it was very odd that the car park got so dirty. But on those previous occasions I did not notice tire marks. I think what gave it away was all the bits of rubber left everywhere. This was something I had not seen previously. I know they do some street racing on a nearby road. And so I assume that on the odd night they most plan to gather here and race. What a shame to see this car park looking so terrible due to these lunatic drivers. Anyway getting to work I was sad to see that task1 was inflated. But with task2 being on the late side I was mostly able to get task1 done without worrying, it also turned out to be easy to deal with. When task2 was ready to go I had to work fast, this is not because it was late but because I have task4 hanging over me today. Thought I had it all planned so that it would work out well. But of course there goes the curve ball that I find out task4 was triple the usual amount. I was very annoyed by this and kept thinking something was wrong for it to be this much. When Big Dug asked me later if I had done task4 I told him there was a ton of it. He said the system now is including a lot we don't need to pay attention to. I wish I had known this sooner, but of course will remember that for next time. Due to this inflated amount, and the usual work being a lot, I was not able to even begin with task3 before my shift was over.

After this I went straight home, I was considering taking the long way home. I typically do this when the weather is nice, but honestly lately I have had too much to get done at home. Arriving home unlike yesterday there was thankfully no having to go for a nap. I'm working on cleaning/clearing the kitchen and fixing a few things. Later I was still able to get online with friends. I'm going to be trying to do this more regularly again since they are off from work and have returned from holiday.
