Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 30/8/2026, under the hood it's been a 9 year project.
We have been posting here since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016, I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller ones.

There as never been a single power-down made on this account for all those active years, our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. Doing such things rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

Casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all. We also try to use some of that Steem to buy even more, we are a top 300 Steem investor. That is not to brag but simply proof of work.

Life's Diary Notes 📕🖊

I was off from work today, thank goodness because I really needed the rest. It started with the Friday waking up early again, but not for work. I was up early because I promised to help a friend at their work place with their set up. Yes I had gone before but not everything was completed on the day. So I went again on Friday to hopefully complete the work. This was mostly successful, the work was not fully completed but it was more than enough for my friend to be able to work. Friday was also the only day where my nausea had ceased for the week. Unfortunately that night after I had very little sleep, even if I was more exhausted than I thought. And on Saturday morning I had work early, I would be working with my least favourite superior. It was also for a longer shift and so I already knew it was going to b a taring shift. Again I did not understand just how tired I really was, because arriving home and sitting down I kept almost falling asleep on my chair. I had much to do since I had spent all the previous day with my friend. But later at night I could barely even type a post on Steemit, so I rushed to get things organised for bed. I haven't been that tired in a while, and so the day off today much needed.

I did sleep well last night but this typically only happens now when I am so exhausted. I woke up for my meds and like I expected I fell asleep again. This of course means I started the day late, but I still feel I got done much of what I wanted. Lately there as been so much to do at home, while the bulk of things are now completed I will still be doing a few jobs all over the place. But what kept me distracted from starting in the kitchen with the smaller jobs was the fact the repair man for the smart meter was arriving at the end of the week. And so there were other things I must do first to make sure the installations goes smoothly. Mainly I needed to get the little room it's in painted. With that now completed I was able to work today on the job I mentioned about getting the wood covering for the boiler. I was able to get that done and so want to start looking into the leaks. This past week it felt like this condition had been creeping up on me again, perhaps this is a sign of the results from the tests made where there was some negativity. But I think I'm managing to get through it and hope to continues to get better. Well hope you all have a good day or night and I will hopefully see you on the next Steemit post.

Aug 2026- The body continues to try and fight this condition placed upon me. I'm now on day 213 of the specialist treatment plan. Will it ever end!? Still it's been helping me to slowly minimize symptoms, but sadly not to a point where it's fully cured. There's a strong probability that there may still be further underlining issues 🙁. But that will have to be a problem for later. I'm currently on my 3rd cycle of another 90 days😫 of treatment. Obtaining the treatment itself continues to be a challenge with the pharmacy. The specialist doctor already months ago fully confirmed for me to be on this treatment long term. But I have to keep fighting the pharmacy to allow me excess to the medication that I been cleared to have...🤷‍♂️ This is not right at all!!😡! I shouldn't have to be doing this while unwell. Especially since having already gone through the correct and "yet costly" legal process of obtaining the medication.
