Steemit Update [October 11th, 2026] : Steemit Challenge Season 34 - Week 8
The new format of Season 34 still seems to be working well so we will be continuing with this for a few more weeks.
Season 34 will keep going with the engagement and improvement comments, the weekly choice posts and two new Challenge questions each week

Question 1 : Let’s Go Shopping…
Do you do one big shop for your groceries each week, or do you make several smaller trips to the shops every day or two?
Take us on your next big grocery shopping trip.
Show us where you go shopping, and who you go with.
Do you go to the same place every time, or do you vary the shops you use?
Tell us what you buy and how much it costs - both in your local currency and the STEEM equivalent. How much did you spend in total? Is that about the same each week?
Remember the Shopping Game? For a few lucky people who make the best posts we will give an extra large vote to pay for as much of your shopping trip as possible.

Soy quien hace las compras de mi casa casi siempre semanalmente , y particularmente me gusta un solo sitio. Espero poder participar, la segunda pregunta si hay que pensar un poco más pero es buena porque seguramente habrá muchas opciones.
Qué éxitos leer las nuevas alternativas o preguntas de esta temporada, las compras son constantes en los hogares... en mi caso pronto llegará la fecha en que me toca hacerlas, estaré atenta para recopilar la información necesaria para participar. Éxitos para todos
Steemians will certainly have the opportunity to create better posts. The first question—which delves into personal shopping experiences—offers a chance to provide a clear picture of the shopping trip, covering details such as the location, the items purchased, and the various aspects of the outing. I intend to publish my post earlier this time, as I missed the deadline with my previous submission.
For those of us living in the suburbs, we have plenty of shopping options—whether in the city or simply at a local neighborhood shop that stocks the essentials. While prices at the local shop might sometimes be slightly higher, shopping there fosters a sense of community. It is a way to share our patronage with local vendors, maintaining social connections while ensuring our money supports the local economy rather than just boosting the profits of major corporations.
This is especially true when shopping for small items; it is often better to buy from a neighborhood shop. The exception, of course, is when the scale of your needs is large enough to warrant seeking out a wholesaler to save money through price differences.

Okay
I have followed many seasons and even participated in some of them, but this particular season feels quite different. Observing how the number of weeks is gradually increasing, it seems likely to run for a much longer period; if this trend continues successfully, I believe many people will have the opportunity to engage with the season over an extended time and participate fully in all aspects.
I intend to participate in this season as well, and I wish the best of luck to everyone who has participated in the past or plans to join in the future.
