Steemit Update [October 25th, 2026] : Steemit Challenge Season 34 - Week 10
This is Week 10 of Season 34 - the final week of the season.
The format that has evolved through this season has proved popular.
Season 35, that will be starting next week, will largely follow the same structure but with a couple of changes. There is a mention of one of those changes below.
For the final week of Season 34 the format remains the same with two new Challenge questions as usual.
Season 34 : Week 10 Challenge Questions
The Challenge Questions this week…
Question 1 : What’s Your Hobby?
Tell us about your favorite hobby.
What is it? How long have you been doing the hobby?
If it is a creative hobby, show us some examples of your work.
Do any other members of your family share the same hobby?
If you have children, have you introduced them to your hobby?
What skills are needed for your hobby? How long did it take you to learn? Are you self taught, or did someone teach you the hobby? Did you go on a course to learn?
Is the hobby expensive to do? How much does it cost?
If you do not have a hobby, is there a hobby you would really like to start?
What is preventing you from getting going?

Question 2 : A Challenging Question…
The hardest part of Season 34 has been coming up with the two questions each week.
The questions have to be interesting and engaging to encourage participation.
They also have to be as universally accessible as possible to avoid excluding too many members of the community.
Most importantly the questions have to be designed to ensure people can best answer with their own personal writing - not by generating a response with AI.
The first question last week demonstrated this issue. The widespread commonality amongst many of the posts gave a strong suggestion that people were using AI to prepare their submission.
So for this week’s Challenge we want you to come up with some questions that could be used in Season 35.
You can submit any number of questions from one to ten.
For each question you should include a brief explanation on how it will meet the criteria mentioned above - interest, engagement, universality and non-suitability for AI answering.
For this Challenge Question use the tag #s34challenge-wk10b.
The two questions are quite different to give maximum appeal. You are welcome to take on one or both - just make separate posts if you answer both questions.
These Challenge Questions will remain open until 11:59pm UTC on Sunday, November 1st, 2026.
We particularly want people to start #s34engagement discussions on the Challenge Question posts.

Está semana está bastante creativa ya que debemos hablar de nuestro hobby lo que nos gusta hacer mucho y que nos haga sentir bien y lo que transmitimos a los hijos,
También debemos crear unas preguntas para la semana 35 que sea muy bien pensada y no creada por IA
Es muy interesante porque debemos de pensar bastante a la hora de presentar nuestras preguntas de la pregunta dos que puedan ayudar al equipo de steemiblog,

Esta temporada estuvo muy buena, con ideas creativas como fueron las preguntas que cada semana lograron capturar la atención de mi persona y muchos usuarios que cada semana presentan su participación.
Hoy vemos un cierre con unas preguntas muy buenas, para participar y presentar nuestro punto de vista.
Espero que la próxima temporada la dinámica sea igual o parecida, porque esta me gustó mucho.

For the second challenge, you need to propose questions for Season 35 that do not involve the use of AI. The team has observed that, in the past, many questions were answered with the help of AI; therefore, the goal is to introduce challenges that require individuals to provide their own personal opinions—rather than relying on AI-generated content. Please provide 10 new ideas for these challenges to be implemented in Season 35.
You can suggest any number of Challenge questions up to 10 - it doesn't have to be 10 from everybody.

It is wild to think season 34 is already wrapping up. Coming up with questions that actually avoid AI responses sounds like a tough puzzle to solve.

Perkenalkan, nama saya Qia Billa.
Saya akan mencoba menjawab tantangan Musim ke-34: Pertanyaan Tantangan Minggu ke-10.
Saya ingin bercerita tentang hobi favorit saya, yaitu jogging.
Saya suka jogging karena bisa membuat tubuh saya lebih sehat dan bugar. Saya sering jogging di waduk yang berada di Lhokseumawe. Saya suka jogging di sana karena suasananya menyenangkan dan saya bisa menikmati pemandangan sambil berolahraga.
Saya sudah menekuni hobi ini selama beberapa waktu. Biasanya, saya jogging saat punya waktu luang untuk menjaga kesehatan dan menghilangkan stres.
Adik perempuan saya suka jogging. Jadi, kami punya hobi yang sama. Menurut saya, jogging bersama keluarga sangat menyenangkan karena kami bisa berolahraga sekaligus menghabiskan waktu bersama.
Kalau saya punya anak nanti, saya juga ingin mengenalkan hobi ini kepada mereka supaya mereka terbiasa hidup sehat sejak kecil.
Menurut saya, jogging tidak membutuhkan keterampilan yang sulit. Saya hanya perlu mengatur pernapasan, menjaga stamina, dan mengatur kecepatan lari supaya tidak cepat lelah. Saya belajar jogging sendiri tanpa mengikuti kursus karena olahraga ini cukup mudah dilakukan.
Hobi ini juga tidak terlalu mahal. Saya hanya membutuhkan pakaian olahraga dan sepatu yang nyaman. Jadi, saya tidak perlu mengeluarkan banyak uang untuk melakukan hobi ini.
Bagi saya, jogging bukan hanya sekadar olahraga, tetapi juga cara untuk menjaga kesehatan dan membuat pikiran lebih segar.
Saya senang jogging di waduk Lhokseumawe karena bisa berolahraga sambil menikmati pemandangan dan suasana yang menyenangkan.
