It is not minnow accounts don't get wrong assumption. The reason why they got downvotes is probably notorious troll @noganoo He owns 1000 shady accounts called botnet and he uses it to downvote whales.
aww... ok that's is clear for me now, thanks for the info :) so that is exactly what i'm thinking, it's all bot, because that is hard to explain if many people or a community,
the best proof there is all account has no POST at all, and the only very purpose of it is, to downvote
