SuperEx Guide: How Can New Users Make the Most of SuperEx’s Different Features? (I)
Many users register with an exchange, deposit funds immediately, and then look for whichever token has recently risen the most. From the perspective of capital efficiency and risk control, however, this is not the best sequence.
SuperEx provides new-user tasks covering registration, the first deposit, and the first trade. Users who do not review the rules in advance may complete an operation but miss the reward because they did not register for the task, deposited too little after fees, placed an unfilled order, or forgot to claim the reward manually.
New users therefore do not need to try every feature immediately. A more practical path is to claim accessible benefits first, complete the deposit, trading, and exit process with a small amount, and then select other products according to the purpose of their capital.
This six-part series will cover new-user tasks, spot trading, futures, futures copy trading, spot grid trading, SuperEx Earn, Free Market, stock trading, 1USD, SuperEx Pay, Space, DAO Academy, and the referral rebate system. Each article will examine two related areas, focusing on who they are suitable for, how to use them, how to allocate capital, and which risks are commonly overlooked.
Feature One: New-User Tasks
The value of new-user tasks is not limited to receiving rewards. They guide users through registration, deposits, and trading, allowing them to become familiar with the basic SuperEx workflow at a relatively low cost.
According to the information currently displayed on the SuperEx website, new users can participate in the following tasks:
Complete registration and the relevant beginner tasks to receive a 100%-winning digital mystery-box draw with a maximum displayed value of 1,000 USDT;
Make a first deposit of at least 20 USDT to receive a 10 USDT reward;
Complete at least 20 USDT in first-trade volume to receive another mystery-box draw;
Check the Campaign Center for check-ins, welcome bonuses, trading rewards, and other limited-time promotions.
Specific tasks, reward formats, and claim requirements are subject to the live pages on the SuperEx official website.
A 100% Win Rate Does Not Mean Everyone Receives 1,000 USDT
The most common misunderstanding is assuming that “up to 1,000 USDT” and a “100% win rate” mean every user will receive 1,000 USDT directly.
A 100% win rate means every eligible mystery box contains a reward. However, that reward may consist of digital assets, fee-deduction coupons, or other platform benefits. The content and value may differ between users.
After opening a mystery box, users should check:
Which account received the reward;
Whether it must be activated manually;
Whether it has an expiration date;
Whether it can be traded or withdrawn;
Whether it is limited to a specific product;
Whether additional conditions apply.
Maximizing a reward is not about seeing the largest possible number on the page. It is about making sure the reward can actually be used correctly before it expires.
Step One: Check the Task Pages After Registration
After registration, do not rush to deposit. First, visit the New User Zone, Task Center, and Campaign Center to see which tasks are currently available.
Pay particular attention to:
Whether registration is required before participating;
How long new-user eligibility remains valid;
Whether the deposit task is based on gross or net deposits;
Whether internal account transfers count as deposits;
Whether the first-trade task applies to spot or futures;
Whether the reward is cash, a token, a coupon, or trial funds;
Whether the reward must be claimed manually.
Completing a task and receiving the reward may be two separate steps. After each operation, return to the task page and check its status.
Step Two: Do Not Deposit Exactly the Minimum Amount
The current displayed first-deposit threshold is 20 USDT, but users should avoid transferring exactly 20 USDT.
If the sending platform charges a withdrawal fee, or the task is calculated according to the net credited amount, the amount reaching the SuperEx account may fall below 20 USDT.
A safer approach is to:
Confirm that the deposit asset and network match;
Check the minimum deposit amount;
Allow for network and withdrawal fees;
Make sure the net credited amount exceeds the threshold;
Verify the task status after the funds arrive.
Accuracy matters more than speed during the first deposit. Blockchain transfers usually cannot be reversed if the wrong asset, network, or address is used.
Step Three: Identify the Actual Form of the 10 USDT Reward
Depending on the current campaign rules, the displayed 10 USDT reward may be distributed as cash, a fee-deduction coupon, trial funds, or another type of benefit.
Different reward types work in different ways:
Cash or available assets: Can generally be used for trading, while withdrawal eligibility depends on the rules;
Fee-deduction coupons: Can only offset eligible trading fees;
Futures trial funds: May be used as margin or to offset fees, funding costs, and losses, but usually expire;
Token rewards: Require attention to minimum order sizes, market liquidity, and withdrawal rules.
Do not create unnecessary trades merely to use a coupon. A coupon provides real value only when it reduces the cost of a trade the user already intended to make.
Step Four: Complete the First Trading Cycle With a Small Amount
After completing at least 20 USDT in first-trade volume, new users can receive another digital mystery-box opportunity.
The primary goal of this trade should not be immediate profit. It should be to understand:
How to select a trading pair;
How to distinguish the base asset from the quote asset;
How to place, cancel, and review an order;
Whether the order has been fully filled;
Which account receives the purchased asset;
How to sell it and convert it back into USDT.
Submitting an unfilled limit order does not normally generate actual trading volume. After the trade, check both the execution history and the task status instead of assuming that order submission alone is sufficient.
How Should Users With Different Budgets Complete the Tasks?
Budget: 20–50 USDT
The priority should be completing the full process at a low cost:
Deposit slightly more than the minimum requirement;
Use only part of the funds for the first spot trade;
Keep a small USDT reserve;
Identify the reward type before taking another action;
Avoid repeated trading merely to chase additional campaigns.
Small balances are particularly vulnerable to fees, spreads, and operational mistakes. Avoiding one unnecessary trade may be more valuable than receiving another coupon.
Budget: 100–500 USDT
These users can divide their capital into three parts:
One portion for the first trade and order practice;
One portion kept in USDT for future opportunities;
One portion reserved for learning about grid trading, Earn, or other products later.
A larger budget does not need to be fully deployed on the first day. Users should first verify that deposits, transfers, trading, and selling work as expected.
Budget: Above 500 USDT
Users with larger budgets should be even more careful to complete a small test first:
Make a small initial deposit;
Complete one small purchase and sale;
Confirm that security settings are complete;
Review the deposit and withdrawal routes;
Increase capital gradually only after completing the full cycle.
A larger budget does not require faster decisions. Discovering problems with a small amount is generally safer than learning after transferring substantial assets.
Feature Two: Spot Trading
Spot trading is usually the first product most users encounter in the crypto market. Few people begin by going directly into futures. However, spot trading should not be treated as overly simple, because execution, liquidity, position sizing, and exit planning all matter.
Join The Writer's Circle event
Spot trading does not involve futures liquidation, but users can still suffer substantial losses due to poor entry prices, insufficient liquidity, excessive position sizes, or the absence of an exit plan.
First: Confirm That Funds Are in the Correct Account
After a deposit arrives, the assets may not yet be in the Spot Account. Users may need to use the Transfer function to move funds from the Funding or P2P Account into the Spot Account.
Before placing an order, confirm that:
The funds are in the Spot Account;
They are not reserved by another open order;
The amount meets the minimum order requirement;
The selected market is spot rather than futures or another section;
The purchased asset and payment asset are correct.
Internal account transfers are generally not blockchain transactions. They do not generate a blockchain transaction hash and may not count toward a deposit task.
Second: Prioritize Liquid Trading Pairs
The latest displayed price represents only the most recent transaction. It does not guarantee that users can buy or sell any quantity at that price.
To evaluate liquidity, review:
The spread between the best bid and ask;
Buy-side and sell-side order-book depth;
Recent actual trading volume;
Whether the order is large relative to available depth;
How much slippage a large transaction may cause.
For new users, learning with relatively liquid mainstream pairs is generally more practical than buying a highly volatile token with little real demand.
Third: Choose Between Limit and Market Orders Correctly
A limit order allows users to specify an acceptable execution price. It provides greater price control, but the order may take time to fill or may not fill at all.
A market order executes against available order-book prices. It prioritizes speed, but the final average execution price may differ from the latest displayed price.
New users can follow these principles:
Prefer limit orders when price control matters;
Consider market orders only when immediate execution is more important;
Avoid large market orders in illiquid assets;
Check whether an order is fully filled, partially filled, or unfilled;
Cancel unnecessary open orders so funds are not reserved indefinitely.
Fourth: Do Not Use the Entire Balance for the First Purchase
Investing the entire balance at once may appear capital-efficient, but it removes the user’s flexibility.
New users can divide their capital into:
Test capital: Used to learn the purchase, execution, and selling process;
Planned position: Added gradually after the trade thesis is confirmed;
Reserve capital: Kept in USDT for volatility or other opportunities.
Keeping part of the balance in USDT is not necessarily wasted capital. It preserves the user’s ability to respond when conditions change.
Fifth: Decide How to Exit Before Buying
New users often spend significant time deciding what to buy but very little time planning how to sell.
Before buying, answer:
What is the maximum acceptable loss?
At what price is the original thesis no longer valid?
Will profits be taken at once or in stages?
Should the position be reduced if volume declines?
When might the capital be needed again?
If the asset cannot be sold at the latest price, is the potential slippage acceptable?
A short-term trade without an exit plan can easily become an unwanted long-term holding after the price declines.
A Practical First-Week Schedule
Day 1: Complete registration, configure security settings, and review the New User Zone and Campaign Center.
Day 2: Make a small first deposit and confirm that the asset and network are correct.
Day 3: Transfer funds to the Spot Account and complete a small first spot trade.
Day 4: Check task status, open the mystery box, and identify the reward type.
Day 5: Practice limit orders, cancellations, and order-history review.
Day 6: Observe order-book depth, spreads, volume, and slippage without rushing to increase the position.
Day 7: Review balance changes, fees, and rewards before deciding whether to explore another feature.
Final Thoughts
For new users, maximizing returns does not mean claiming every possible reward, nor does it mean increasing trading volume merely to complete tasks.
A more practical objective is to:
Avoid missing accessible new-user benefits;
Avoid taking unnecessary risks for a reward;
Complete the deposit, trading, and exit cycle with a small amount;
Understand the purpose and expiry of each reward;
Learn one feature before moving to the next.
SuperEx new-user tasks can reduce the cost of learning how deposits and trading work, while spot trading provides a direct introduction to trading pairs, orders, liquidity, and position management.
In Part II, we will examine futures trading and futures copy trading. SuperEx futures copy trading is currently paused while the feature is being optimized. The next article will therefore focus on futures risk management and explain how users should evaluate lead traders and set appropriate copy-trading limits once the service resumes.
