Hello, everyone, today's actually my first day of making a post here and I must say I'm quite enthusiastic. I woke up quite early today feeling hungry and I was surprised because it was unlike me . I don't usually get hungry so early. Well, I didn't panick. I remembered that I had ripe plantain at home. At that moment, it was a life safer.
I got to work with slicing them and frying too. Soon, it was ready.
Well, please don't mind the face of the plantain.I usually like my fried ripe plantain being slightly burnt,and I like them overly riped; I'm weird,right? I get that a lot,you know? But the one in the picture wasn't up to my standard,but what could I do? A hungry person does not have a choice they usually say.
Well,I remembered that I had jollof rice I had prepared the previous night.I paired it up with the fried plantain.It was really a nice combination and you should try it out someday if you haven't.There's no going back once you're on that track just so you know.
After my breakfast,I decided to scroll through the Internet to find something entertaining to fix my eyes on only to receive a notification from our class group that's there's a class.it was impromptu because we actually started exams this week and weren't supposed to have any lectures.Anyways,who am I to refuse the call of duty? I prepared and headed to school.Got to school and soon enough,the lecturer was in class. I always make it a habit to be in class before any lecturer and I like keeping to time.It's one of my biggest flex,you know. The man didn't actually teach but shared our test script.we had written the test like two weeks ago.He said he wanted us to see our scores and know how well to prepare for exams. It was so thoughtful of him; it's not every lecturer that does that.
Well,I got home, arranged the house and took a little bit of rest.That is basically how I spent my day.and I can't wait to update you on how I'll spend my tomorrow.
