The Diary Game: [14/08/2026] Making Plantain Chips And Blessed Day.
I woke up by the usual time of 5:am said my morning prayers and was up for the day. Today was really going to be a very busy one because I had supplies of Plantain chips I needed to make for a supermarket in my area.
I eventually went to the market as today was the main market day.people were much in the market as they cane to buy things in bulks,some came to buy clothes and things are usually cheaper there. I peeled the plantain and sliced them and soon,they were ready to be fried.
The workload is usually in the packaging. It is so stressful.The frying part is not as stressful as packaging. i had already given them chips today but the owner of the supermarket called me and told me she needs un-ripe one and I should make it five pouches.well I made sure it was ready before evening time. Nothing beats being timely and consistent.I was so glad my neighbor was around to help me out.Its not usually an easy thing when you do the slicing, frying and packaging alone.I won't even talk about the back and waist pains too. I got to realize the usefulness of machines today.I hope they don't eventually replace humans because machines make work easier and stress-free.I really wish I had a slicer but I slice using my hands sometimes I end up sustaining an injury.anyways i believe things will get better.
