The Diary Game: [09/08/2026] Amazing sunday service, my boss birthday and a silent night.

Hello everyone hope you all are doing well wherever you are in the world, so welcome to another session of my diary episode and a happy sunday, so i haven't written anything for two days due to stress but today i said i must do something and here i am writing so i woke up this morning to behold the pleasant smell of fried rice but when i went close to the pot it wasn`t the normal green colour i know i asked my mom she laughed and said this is concoction rice made from her own inspiration i was speechless like i am going to eat her inspiration today but i know she is a very good cook so i didn`t even think much i just lay down again for my head to reset, my mom was like if you are going to your work you are always in a hurry but for the things of God you just act nonchalant, although i understand what she means but sometimes it looks like nagging to me but i still lay down so after she was done cooking and preparing herself she left for church with my younger sister and as always my brother didn`t go with them instead he wants to tag along with me, i didn't have any problem with that as long as he doesn't delay me which is kinda funny to say because i am the one who hasn't gotten ready yet instead he has even had his bath but still yet i know him very well, so i stood up brushed my teeth and bathed coming out of the bathroom i saw my brother going somewhere and i asked him where he is going and he said church i was shocked because i am the one who normally gets ready before him but guess what i will be the last person to leave for church, but then again i remembered something which is a polybag to package the food because my mom left ours, so i told my brother to find a polybag because i bought a new one last week so i'm not buying another, so i got dressed and came out but couldn't find him and the foods was still there unpacked i was angry but decided to go to a near by shop and buy one and i came back and packaged it, so after everything i prayed and left for church.

Getting to church and received a text from my boss.

So this morning the weather wasn't pleasant at all i felt a strong cold on my way going to church and that's when i received a text from my boss like damn i forgot today is 9th of august which my boss's birthday, like seriously i had to look for a good pic that's when he posted this one yes the man standing next to him is erigga a popular singer in nigeria one of the best amongst many, that's when i remembered he took this pic on lagos airport, so i wished him well and also posted him on my social handles, and i reached my destination which jesus christ temple ministry a church in nigeria delta state warri, it started to drizzle rain and as you can see there are people at the gate being attended to by ushers and now you might be wondering why are they attending to this people, which why i will recommend that anybody reading this should try and watch the services because we are on air i mean cable and decorder you understand, so i entered i discovered that there was no sit for me i had to go to the gallery which is up stairs and luckily i found a sit, the thing is that people are very many like thousands of people gather to listen to this preaching which you may find surprising.

Closed from church and going home

Today's service was awesome as always you need to be there because without the spirit of God you are empty the man of God touched everybody by laying of hands which was written in the bible that the apostles prayed and layed their hands on them and they received the holyspirit, i should have taken some pics but ones phone cannot be used in church that's why i switched off my phone throughout today, some people may look it as foolishness but it's the right things to do, so after everything we closed for the day i came out and we went to where they normally baptize people and saw a lady praying, i was done and went home and i was standing at the road i saw one of my former school teacher, like damn it's mr felix i just turned my head to the other way like i didn't see him, i got into another tricycle and left.

Silent night

I got home exactly 5:45pm immediately mom arrived like we planned our grand arrival, but the weather was still bad it was like night time so we prepared our things and ate same food which was delicious by the way, i didn't even talk about it like how me and my bro met outside to eat but the food wasn`t there or how my boss's friend mr precious called me for a job tomorrow, i mean i always use the the word unexpected which is right to me, so it is 10:46pm now and i am outside staring at the sky if i could see a moon and that's when i remembered that it's raining but not serious but the drizzle couldn`t hide the silient night or make it busy.
