Town house

A townhouse (also written town house or townhome) is a type of house that is attached to one or more neighboring houses by shared side walls. It is usually:

• Two or more stories tall.
• Narrower than a detached house.
• Often part of a row of similar homes.

Advantages:

• More affordable than many detached houses.
• Less exterior maintenance in many communities.
• Efficient use of space.

Disadvantages:
