For a three-destination trip like this, keeping everyone coordinated on dates, safari times, and hotel check-ins can be a lot. I used welago for a similar group itinerary and it handled all the polls for activity voting, shared the daily plan through one link, and even split expenses from scanned receipts. That single-link setup made it easy for everyone to see the full schedule at a glance without messaging back and forth.
