Other people's dreams.
Other people's dreams.
Other people's thoughts—and dreams even more so—are a mystery... don't argue, lol.
Just as it is hard to fathom the thoughts of others, it is equally difficult to understand the motivations behind certain actions.
Indeed; after all, even years later, it can be hard to grasp the reasons for one's own—seemingly—impulsive past actions.
They say people grow wiser with age, but what do they think with before that?
Perhaps in youth, they are guided not by the brain, but by wings yet to unfurl—which is why they yearn to fly.
Everyone has their own unique flight: some fly fast but low, while others take their time yet soar high.
Some spread vast wings, whereas others are perfectly content with small ones.
Yet even when someone convinces us that we have no wings, we still find a way to take flight—if only for a split second.
Personally, I have no desire to fly right now... not even in an airplane—though I do enjoy watching others take flight.
My dreams may be more down-to-earth than other people's, but the thing is, I don't need to dream about flying to actually fly; I live in a state of constant flight. My goal is simply to do things right while moving across solid ground—it feels a bit more reliable and peaceful there, lol.
