now I have a sudden urge to watch star trek. I never did lol, given that I grew up in a different culture. after some google searches, I think you might be unto something, There is more to the Human that meets the eye.

      I wonder if it isn't too much of an oversimplification, to suggest that an empath is a polar opposite to a sociopath? I base my idea more on life experience, than scientific research...

      you are correct, not everything is binary we have to learn to manoeuvre the grey areas of life
