it is a sad to hear about your brother, our family members are our dearest people and when someone has a cancer disease that is a devastated news for all of us.

I can very well understand your feeling that you experiencing when you want to support your brother being there and show that you are strong and will be there for him. I think as siblings your brother is also worried about your emotional condition. In such situation it is important to be able to be able to speak openly about what you feel and your worries, how you feel and how you could support each other.

I am glad to hear that he was offered surgery, that is a good sign, hopefully the surgeons will be able to remove the cancer I n total and then only you all need to concentrate on recovery of your brother.
