Certain vegetables yield well during the winter season. My tomato plant produced a bountiful harvest; I was even able to pick a few tomatoes after the season had officially ended. I obtained the eggplant seeds from my mother-in-law, who grows this specific variety; I brought the seeds back and planted them. These eggplants taste delicious when cooked with either fresh fish or dried fish.
