Claims of Freshness: The vegetable vendor describes every vegetable as "fresh from the market early in the morning," while the customer considers it his right to ask for cilantro and green chilies for free.
Relationship: Purchasing from the same shop daily creates a familial bond between customer and vendor. The shopkeeper often gives his regular customers the best and most selected vegetables without even asking.
