My flower rangoli
Festival time is also decoration time, decorating home with different ideas and making it all look pretty. I normally make Rangolis on all festivals. The ones I always make are with using colors, so that as a practice I did make, but this time I also made flower Rangoli. The problem here in Oman is that the flowers are very expensive and because it's very hot they dry out very fast and within a day look dull. This time I managed to get some loose flowers from one of the supermarkets at a very reasonable price. I had bought them a few days before the festival, because during festival days they increase the prices.
I did not have any particular design in mind, I just started making and went with the flow and here is what it turned out to be.
Final result
I was ending up on this but then I felt it was not looking complete so I added up some more red petals as seen above and then it felt complete.
