The streets of Tokyo

Tokyo is a dazzling city, btw we all think Tokyo is a city but the fact is that Tokyo is not legally a single city. The area is split into smaller local government pieces, there are 23 special wards that act as an independent city. It is one massive urban area and also the capital of Japan. Well that is their internal governance, for us Tokyo still remains as a single city. Shibuya iis one of those wards, which they also call it as a prefecture. It is one of the happening places of Tokyo and is very famous for it's Shibuya crossing which is considered to be one of the most busiest crossroads in the world.

Shibuya is full of lights, as soon as you step out of the station, you feel like you are in some video game, and you witness some most uncommon things here. As I said the Shibuya crossing where more then 3000 people wait at any given time to cross the road. it is a sight to watch. The other unusal thing that happens in this area is the Go Karting. It is one of the most sought tourist activity in this area and it happens only in Shibuya, you cannot do it in any other area. There is a limit to how much you can access the area.

When you see them coming it is a sight, they all come together. I guess they must be timed slots for the activity. You do not see one of them doing it, they are always seen in groups. I did not do the activity because it had to be pre-booked, by the time I knew about it, it was all sold out. As a tourist to drive this one needs an international driving license and should be 18 years and above.
