It is always an proud thing that the Steemit team always accepts user feedback and we get something new from this. Speaking from previous experience of team formation and curation with users selected by applying individually as a curator, this experience is awesome.

However, one thing to note is that selected curators should not be involved in any work like nepotism or exchange-type activity. I hope we will be able to see teams formed with those who are sufficiently skilled, respect the curation task, and want to work with honesty.
