Steemit Update [September 21st, 2026] : Community Curators for October - Trying Something Old!

in #steemit • last month

Following on from last month’s changes with the Community Curators and the new Season 34 Challenge format, there is clearly an appetite amongst the community for trying new ideas.

The new approach tried with the Community Curators in September has at best been only marginally successful. Some more radical changes are needed.

The post made by @dove11 generated a considerable amount of discussion about potential changes for the Community Curator system.

While not all the changes put forward in the post gained widespread support, one suggestion that did pick up more significant backing was the idea of people applying individually to be picked for a Curator team.

This would be a new approach in the current context - but it is in fact an old idea that was in place until May 2024.

The Community Curators for October

For October we are inviting individuals to apply if they would like to be Community Curators.

From the individual applications we will select the Curator teams.

Assuming there are sufficient suitable applicants we will be aiming for three people in each of the eleven teams.

There will be no themes or special directions for the selected curation teams.

All teams will be free to vote on any posts or comments as long as they are not plagiarized or AI generated.

How to Apply as a Community Curator

If you would like to be considered as a Community Curator you should make a post including…

  • A brief summary of your history on Steem.

  • Details of any positions of responsibility you have held on Steem.

  • Details of specialist or professional skills or expertise you have in ‘real life’.

  • What country you live in and what languages you can read fluently.

  • Your key stats - own SP, CSI, Reputation, Delegations.

  • Any subjects you particularly enjoy curating.

To apply to become a Community Curator you must have at least 11,000 SP of your own (not delegated to you).

Applicants who have delegated any significant proportion of their SP to voting or earning services are less likely to be successful.

Those who are regularly posting, who are actively curating with all or most of their SP and have a good CSI will be given preference.

Keep posts brief and easy to follow. Include the tag #curatorapplication in the first four tags.

Applications can be made in any language.

Posts should be submitted by 11.59pm UTC, on Sunday, September 27th, 2026.

How Community Curators will be rewarded

Every day all teams will be allowed to allocate one full vote to a member’s post - ideally in rotation amongst the members of the team.

In total no more than 10% of the account’s voting power should be used on team members each week.

Additionally each week the team should post a report in the Steem POD community with a list of their top 7 posts, with a brief note of why each post was chosen.

The posts will be voted by @steemcurator01.

Selecting Posts from other Community Curators

There have recently been a number of comments that Community Curators are too often selecting the posts of other Community Curators for their weekly winners.

We strongly encourage Curators to look beyond the posts of other Community Curators for their weekly ‘top 7’ selected posts.

To help with the monitoring of this we would like Community Curators to include in their weekly posts a report of how many of the seven selected posts are from other Community Curators.

This reporting may have an impact on the vote percentage given by sc01 for the weekly post.

Thank you to this month’s Community Curators. You are all welcome to apply again for October.

The new Curation Teams will be announced by the end of the month, with a view to starting at the beginning of October.

October will very much be an experimental month. We hope this new (old) selection process will invigorate the Community Curators.

Thank you to @dove11 for stimulating discussion about the Community Curators. We welcome further feedback and suggestions to help with the continued evolution of the Community Curator program.

The Steemit Team

Sort:

I completely agree with this. And this should actually go without saying.
It certainly depends on the team, the amount of work some curators put in, or whether an upvote is actually a reward for all that work. In the case of @solperez and myself, I don’t think it is.
The upvotes I receive don’t even amount to an hour’s pay, not even 30 minutes’ pay, and I’m quite sure I’m the one who invests the most hours in others and also writes the most comments and tips. And by hours, I mean days of sometimes as many as 12 hours!
In the communities we frequent, I’ve only ever seen another curator team sporadically in two communities. And of the upvotes they gave, one team gave one to a well-known figure or fellow countryman (the other posts were invariably ignored, and this happened more than once).
I’ve only seen another SC give a brief tip to someone in another community alongside an upvote on three occasions.

Your proposal is very interesting, @dove11. However, it strikes me as too "elitist." I wonder: when you were given the opportunity to grow as quickly and extensively as you have, did you encounter as many "obstacles" as the ones you're proposing? Personally, I don't think so.

But perhaps now, looking back at everything you've achieved in four years, you feel that we can all do exactly what you’ve done.

For my part, I’ll say that I have NEVER been stingy with anyone. I enjoy working, and I don't like taking "shortcuts" to reach my goals.

I’ve been on the platform for eight years. I have an SP of 25,000. I don't belong to any club; I stopped being a member when I saw that users earning more than I was weren't in one either. I’m a retired university professor, and sometimes I don't have the money to buy a coffee, so I exchange some of what I’ve "earned here" to buy one. I have NEVER powered down.

Honesty isn't about numbers; it's about attitude.

I’ll leave it at that for now. The power is out, and my UPS is already beeping.

Thanks Professor @solperez for your statement and feeling like I've gotten this far with someone's help. I've also quit being in a club for a few months and have withdrawn about 13,000 Steem since Steem price dropped below 5 cents even if I have not used it but trading with it.

Yes, it's true that I haven't worked on this site much in the past year since my final retirement, but do you think I'm growing by someone's grace? If this proposal seems too "elitist" to you, I'm not surprised, because everyone feels that way, and this was just a proposal that wasn't accepted.

As far as my opportunity to grow quickly and extensively, you understand I haven't faced any "obstacles" since I'm not from a favored country like you. If you think I'm taking shortcuts, have you seen my name in any curator's weekly report, you also included?

And if I can do this without any dishonesty, then you could probably have achieved this in three years. I'm a professional who believes in smart work, not hard work. Otherwise, how would I handle such big projects offline? Yes, any professional who is used to working smart and taking initiative can do this. You can do what I have done. I have worked n more than 20 Indian states and 10 other countries.

Do you think I came to this site to earn money? The amount of money I have earned in four years is not even my offline salary for 15 days, If you tell me even one of my shortcuts, I'll stop working on the site today.

You say honesty isn't about numbers; it's about attitude. And I say everything counts, numbers, etiquette, ethics, and more. But I can only say despite writing only one post a day, I write where it matters, and it rarely gets any votes from any curator. Tell me, as a curator, how many votes have you given me?

You are right, I have seen your comments last year or even before when you disagreed with someone and had a long conversation. The success lies in honesty and ethics plus smart work that I am trained to do. You said you are a professor, for your information, I am an engineer, masters in management and business administration and masters in welding technology with over 40 years experience of corporate and Indian army projecta so it all helps to achieve my goals besides my 25+ years experience in writing online.

So, Professor, success isn't about hard work or time, but about doing things systematically. For your information, I'm much older than you, so I hope you don't misinterpret what I'm saying. Have a nice time.

I’m sorry you misunderstood my comment; what I meant was that perhaps your offline experience allowed you to grow here and sustain your membership in a club—an experience most of us here don't share.

On the other hand, what you’ve achieved in four years, I haven’t come close to reaching in eight. But obviously, the question isn't "Why did you rise so high while I didn't?" but rather, "Do you think someone without your financial cushion can afford to stay in a club long enough to qualify for a curation team?"

I should mention that whenever I’ve worked on a curation team, I try to nominate talented people who don't receive much financial support.

From my perspective, you are very talented, but you have received financial support. That is why I have NEVER nominated you. I don't mean to imply that the support you receive is the result of taking "shortcuts," nor do I think it's just luck. You simply know how to get things done.

Also, I’ve read that your proposal isn't new—it’s actually an "old" idea. The question I ask myself is: What didn't work before, and what will be done differently now to make the project succeed?

I apologize if my previous message was open to misinterpretation. I was without power, my UPS battery was running out, and I just wrote everything in a rush.

I’m not a troublemaker. I detest injustice and always try to put myself in others' shoes. Best regards.

The question I ask myself is: What didn't work before, and what will be done differently now to make the project succeed?

I think it was the lack of ethics among some high-performing users—there was a lot of abuse regarding vote distribution. It was almost routine to see reports about this from The-gorilla, or even from me.

And do you think the problem of a lack of ethics has diminished now?

The truth is, we need people like "El gorila" and @aneukpineung78, who presented some very interesting statistics.

Let me ask you:

Is it worth unmasking users who lack ethics?

Have a coffee on us @solperez.

You do great work on the platform, especially with your contests.

Many thanks, Steemcurator01; I’ll have my coffee in your honor. Thank you for supporting me with the Art and Writing contest. That space is very valuable to me.

Thank you for the invite, but do you know there so many more comments which could up toes? I mainly see unuovotrd ones. Shouldn't those writers be rewarded? It feels a bit said this test already died before it started.

I wish you a good week.
Blessed be.

I endorse your words.

Hello @steemitblog and Steemit Team!

It is truly encouraging to see the team actively listening to community feedback and experimenting with individual curator applications for October. This approach will surely bring fresh perspectives and ensure curation reaches a wider variety of deserving creators across different communities.

Thank you for your continuous support and for keeping the platform dynamic!

#s34engagement

Should all Community Curators be excluded from being in the top 7 selections of any other team?

Opinions seem to be divided on this.

Should all Community Curators be excluded from being in the top 7 selections of any other team?

To the Steemit blog team and all team members, I am pleased to observe that our feedback is being regarded with seriousness by the Steemit team, and that they are acting upon it. I have one request: please ensure close monitoring of all Curation accounts, regardless of who is chosen for October. In my opinion, outgoing support should be overseen meticulously.

#s34engagement

I will take on the task of consolidating the curation reports again to evaluate the vote distribution—covering both the Boomng and Steemcurator accounts. This may be necessary to give @steemcurator01 an overview of the situation; I believe I saw that they lack sufficient staff to monitor the accounts involved.

It is very useful if the community self polices and self regulates.

The community has far more time resource available for this than the Steemit team.

Thank you for your response. I will now monitor how these changes positively affect the nominated individuals and how they use the account to support platform growth.
As a community administrator, I will remain vigilant.
Be blessed! 😇 And make us proud to be a steemian! Because that's a family that needs to be united!🤗

😓
Change does not lead to results if there is no collective approach and if this is not applied over a longer period. And certainly not if the approach is subject to scrutiny.

The modus operandi of a group of corrupt Steemians who pull the strings month after month has flared up again in discussions. Perhaps it would also be worth looking into that.
The deals struck amongst themselves, with several members of a clique spread across the Steemit curator teams. This is one of the reasons to nominate a Steemit Curator, next to the idea that all Steem curators write good content and therefore the risk isn't taken to nominate someone new, someone who might have used AI.
This all already been discussed for months, if not years, and never taken seriously. The same counts if it comes to not nominate a Steemcurator. I am curious to hear how many teams never did , or even mentioned the number of nominated (and rewarded) curators in their reports.

It’s a shame that there aren’t more teams this month (and in general) that are actively posting comments and making connections. There is certainly a great need for this, just as there is for genuine guidance for newcomers asking for help.

I am curious to hear how many teams never did , or even mentioned the number of nominated (and rewarded) curators in their reports.

I wanted to know the same but you're the only one who pointed it out.

Well, then let's see who will answer.

It feels as if the rules set are always ignored. It was (or is) the same with that rule "10% of all votes can be the selfvote..."
Those curators I spoke had no clue what I was talking about.
If is voted till 90% and the next curator takes over, the percentage of selfvoting is definitely higher than 10%.
It feels I am the only one reading and counting like an idiot. 😕

We rely on the community to help uncover and report anomalies and abuse.

Our resources as a small team are very limited to track, monitor and investigate all curator voting patterns.

I understand the Steemit Team is understaffed; perhaps it would be a good idea to reinstate the Steemit Witch or a Steemit "rescue/service desk." The fact remains that nobody knows where to report issues.

Up until now, there has rarely, if ever, been a response from the Steemit Team, and matters have been swept under the carpet.
I’m sure you’ll remember the Knack4Buzz corruption scandal, where I stuck my neck out only for the fraudsters to be rewarded in the end.
It is also this sort of thing and its consequences that have led to good, loyal Steemians (who worked their fingers to the bone and even organised Steemit Days) eventually going into powerdown and leaving.

This has always been the result, the good ones leave disappointed or hide in a corner.
Those who raise the issue or write about it are bullied, receive downvotes and are ignored.
Next to what these people say, it’s: ‘Nothing can happen to me. I have the protection of SC01 and 02!

And then there are the curator teams. Here, people are literally claiming that they already have SC teams in place for the coming months and that they’ve also been allocated certain SC accounts, including the ‘booming’ ones.
I wonder how this is possible. Is this a bluff (though I can see it happening), or does this mean that those who apply and are only occasionally selected, regardless of their excellent commitment and expertise, are only taking part to keep up appearances?

I’d like to hear how this is going to be addressed. How we all (curators, moderators, Steemians) going to work in a consistent manner, especially as there are quite a few Steemians who post virtually the same thing all the time. Occasionally a few sentences, a different photo, or as many as six times nearly the same content, simply because they know nobody reads it and that upvote will be given anyway. And this sort of content gets nominated too.

In any case, thank you for listening.
I wish you a lovely, stress-free day.
🍀❤️

There is no truth at all in this statement...

And then there are the curator teams. Here, people are literally claiming that they already have SC teams in place for the coming months and that they’ve also been allocated certain SC accounts, including the ‘booming’ ones.

It is good to know that.
These are messages I received on Telegram if asked to join my group...

I really enjoyed this. The way you explained your experience made it interesting.

I am not sure if this is meant as an enjoyable text, but it is good to know that, hopefully, someone took the time to read the thread

For some of us who have experienced the old ways of steemit may prefer some of the ideas used back then. And this is one of them, and trust me, it would definitely pull through strongly. More revisiting to stir up the platform positively.

Great hashtag !

Steemit Old memories:

I joined the Steemit Platform sometime in Nov 2020. These were initiatives I enjoyed...

  1. Introduction of Country Representative (CR).
These were well-informed reps selected from different countries to represent Steemit. This was not only intentional, but it served the required purpose. Awareness/Publicity was a priority; newcomer handling was prioritised as well. In fact, Reps were among the Greeters who made incidents of account spamming very low due to the then-known-your-countrymen approach.
  2. The Steemit Team provided projects to be written on each month. This made some of us aware of so many newly launched projects in the crypto space. I remember writing on HOUBI.

These were the oldest for me...more loading 😊

What were your memories, @ngoenyi @uzma4882 @roselena @lhorgic, @mainuna, @m-princess, @benton3, @sadaf02 ... @josepha, @alexanderpeace

#s34engagement

Thanks for the mention @xkool24. I have been away due some engagements off chain.

#oldisgood is a great hashtag as steemcurator01 acknowledged. Sometimes when I seat and remember those old days when country representatives take the lead in advertising Steemit in their country, I remember when I had to even pay for an office just to guide steemians around me. There were this sense of belonging on the part of the steemians.

Those leaders also took the lead in guiding and training leaders by organising Steemit mentoring and reward distribution through the curator accounts that were deducted for countries. It was a good experience. Sometimes we arrange for outings with our Steemit t-shirts. It helped drew a lot of people to Steemit because they know that those dedicated Curator accounts were for them.

Another thing I am missing is the newcomers tutorials which was put together by @cryptokannon where new users could learn how to navigate Steemit until they fully understand it. I could remember when I was rewarded for being able to complete my newcomer programs within six months and it was fun to be mentioned and it was called newcomers graduation 🎓. That was one of the old us good. It was so easy to send those materials to a newbie and they go through it while they were then guided by those responsible for it. It grew more and more meaningful and insightful publications and users became more responsible and contributed to the Steemit platform.

There were also some dedicated communities for some specialised themes like the kills share community, and others.

To be honest, Steemit was more fun then. The focus was more of training than rewards even though rewards were still coming.

I could remember rewarding active steemians from my country each week with some liquid steem which was based on the number of publications made. At the end of the week, I will announce them even in my country representative report.

I have a lot to talk about because I have gained wealth of experience and it looks as if I am the oldest steemians from my country, having joined on June 2020, having been the second country representative from my country, having worked in across community (more than 5 of them including the then newcomers community), having taken the lead in having off chain office, mentoring and organising meetups with my own earnings then and even carrying out charity works then which were sponsored.charity?

Charity, yes! This is another oldisgood that I just remembered. I could remember touching the lives of some steemians and nonsteemians in my country, assisting them with aids through the aids that were generously distributed then via upvotes and sponsorship from well-meaning steemians.

Can we go back to some of them? Will we? When? This is why I will like to mention @steemcurator01 and @steemcurator02 to deliberate upon.

#s34engagement

It is unlikely that any of the old schemes will resurface at present but never say never !

Some projects were community projects like the work @cryptokannon did. The community is always welcome to revive them.

Never say never! That's it! We hope for the best we will keep improving what we know, how it was done and with greater results.

Some projects were community projects like the work @cryptokannon did. The community is always welcome to revive them.

That's great 👍! Communities need to get to work.

Fingers crossed 🤞

Sorry for the late reply @xkool24 sir, I just got a chance to read through this discussion properly.

I also think that the old era of Steemit was very different and beautiful in terms of community. Not only the guidance of the newcomers but the mentoring, communities, meetups and the atmosphere of supporting each other really brought people closer together. Back then it seemed that people actively participated not just for rewards but also to teach, motivate and improve the community.

I also got guidance when I was new to Steemit myself, and a oneray sir in the ReCreative steem guided me and helped me understand many things. Maybe that's why I find this old system more meaningful, because I've experienced a part of it myself.

Even today if some of those good old things are brought back to the present time, especially mentoring, community activities and proper guidance of newcomers, I think it can re-create the same sense of belonging among people on Steemit. Old things don't have to be brought back exactly as they are, but their good purpose can be revived in a new way.

Better late than never.
I think that, because of the support communities were getting then, there was this to-do attitude from everyone to give their best at that time. The resultant effect was the great mentoring of newbies, and massive hypes seen both online and offline to promote steemit.

Yes, some communities exited at some point after turning off their accounts, which was the worry of the Team, but can we look at the overarching positive effect?

More old memories loading...

#oldisgold

Yes, I totally agree with you. Due to the support that the communities were getting at that time, they were doing their work very well and were more active. Some communities are still doing very well today, but the communities that became inactive over time, I think they also had their importance and did a lot for Steemit. I think it would be great if communities were given a bit more support and opportunities to move forward again.

As far as I'm concerned. The curators and others are doing their job, but sometimes it feels like users who are already well known or established naturally get more attention and support. Because of this some steemians or less well known users are sometimes left behind. If new and less known users get a little more attention and support, they might be more active, improve and move forward, just like mentoring and guidance gave people the opportunity to move forward.

Honestly, there are a lot of changes now on the Steemit platform compared to when I joined Steemit. For now, I will skip talking about the Steem Rep and focus on other topics as I have previously talked about it before. I can remember how the newcomer community was full of achievement tasks that helped me understand the Steemit platform much better.

@cryptokannon, I really played a major role as a greeter and mentor. I think the aspect of newcomers having to pass through achievement tasks needs to come back so newbies can learn a lot, because a lot of newbies, and even some users, don't know how to explore Steemit and some of the important dapps on steem.

Back then, my town in 10 pictures was one of the trending posts on Steemit, which is totally about originality, and it turned me into a journalist, and I remember how@simonnwigwef and @simonnwigwe would go far away from our comfort zone to get pictures, which we didn't only snap but also interviewed people and take permission before snapping pictures. However, I would say that the steematlas has replaced it.

As for projects, Crypto Academy played a very major role in the life of many Steemians back then, and it brought a lot of people to Steemit, but at some point things started changing. Indeed, the old days can never be forgotten for how they impacted us, and I must say that this hashtag #oldisgold is great.

Greatings @xkool24 sir.

Reminiscing about those times brings back fond memories of the "old" Steemit days. 😊

For me the old era of Steemit wasn't special just because of rewards or upvotes. It was defined by a strong sense of connection within the community. Newcomers weren't simply told how to create posts or earn rewards. They received step-by-step guidance had their mistakes explained to them. And were helped to truly become part of the community. I particularly recall the time when there was proper guidance and specific "achievement tasks" for newcomers. Thanks to this system, new users didn't just create an account and walk away. Instead they gradually learned to understand the platform. The communities and the various Steem projects. The presence of mentors and experienced users was incredibly encouraging for those just starting out.

The active nature of various communities was another beautiful aspect of Steemit. Each community had its own unique activities contests projects and ways of supporting one another. Back then it felt like any newcomer willing to put in the effort would certainly find the path guidance and encouragement needed to move forward. Another thing that reminds me of the old days is the palpable spirit people had for lifting others up. It wasn't just the famous or established users who stood out. New and lesser known Steemians could also gain recognition through community activities. Encouraging a newcomer after seeing a great post. And giving them the chance to improve further strengthened the entire community.

In my opinion it isn't necessary to bring back the old ways in their exact original form. Platforms and systems evolve over time. Yet the core purpose behind those earlier systems remains highly relevant and useful today. If aspects such as proper mentoring for newcomers active community projects learning activities. And methods for discovering new users were revitalized using a modern approach. The sense of belonging and participation that once defined Steemit could be restored. And perhaps that is the true beauty of #oldisgold. Nostalgia isn't just about reminiscing. We can learn from the positive aspects of the past and revive them to suit the present era. 😊

I too hold many memories from Steemit's early days. And seeing this discussion makes it clear that every Steemian has a unique story. Perhaps we really should keep sharing these stories. As these experiences reveal the role Steemit has played in the journeys of so many different people.

You have explicitly given your apt and valuable views on these memories. The good thing is that we all have beautiful old memories to share, and believe me, communities play a bigger role in the ecosystem. When I say communities, I mean genuine ones. And some kind of support will go a long way in consolidating this. Reminiscing on the old initiatives and reapplying them in a better form would be of greater impact.

#oldisgold

Hi @xkool24, it is a real pleasure to be tagged on this by you.

There are so many fond memories of mine on the steemit platform. I joined the platform late 2020 and I would say the journey has been wonderful.

Some of the fondest memories where

Steemit promotion arrangements.

Back then, it was fun to go on steemit awareness within the town or community we live in. The steemians converge as a group and move to a designated area for the promotion. Just putting on our steemit t-shirts and carrying our banner along on major junctions were fun. It brought the community together and made many people become aware of the crypto industry and steem coin in particular. Steemit families were created in various locations and it was really fun to help each other.

Equity in distribution of votes

Imagine receiving a vote while engaging in steemit promotions, that made it more exciting. Offering us the opportunity to show prospective steemians, what is like to be on the platform. Many thought it was a scam, but once they receive their cash, they become ecstatic.

Opportunity to learn new things.

I personally learnt so many new things from the platform. Through the engagement challenge, I learnt a lot about crypto exchanges and tokens, crypto trading and analysis, blockchain, several cooking tips, etc. I also were able to improve on my writing ability.

The engagement challenges were fun too. It provided opportunities for families to have a fun time together which bonds them together.

These are just some of the fun memories, it can be fun doing those things again.

Thank you!

Probably a conversation about this should be opened to share these old but good Steemit memories.

#oldisgold

It is always an proud thing that the Steemit team always accepts user feedback and we get something new from this. Speaking from previous experience of team formation and curation with users selected by applying individually as a curator, this experience is awesome.

However, one thing to note is that selected curators should not be involved in any work like nepotism or exchange-type activity. I hope we will be able to see teams formed with those who are sufficiently skilled, respect the curation task, and want to work with honesty. Thank you, Steemit blog, for reintroducing us to the old experiences.

Believe this kind of change will be fruitful. It is always great to see the Steemit team listening to the users.
Allowing individual applications gives everyone a fair chance, even if they aren't part of a well-reputed group. I clearly remember struggling to form or join a team in the past because my Reputation and SP were relatively lower (around 14k SP). Despite my strong interest, I couldn't apply alone. Even once or twice when I managed to find teammates to apply, they eventually left for better-established teams.
Removing subject themes will help curators focus on true post quality, and keeping track of the weekly top picks will help spread support to more regular users instead of the same small circle.I look forward to seeing how October goes!

On a personal note, I have delegated a good amount of SP to my local community to support its growth and development. Will having a high community delegation positively impact my application as an individual curator, or would it be better for me to reduce my delegation to strengthen my personal SP? I would really appreciate your guidance and feedback on this.

There are other reasons why they won’t collaborate with you. I can tell you why they won’t do so with me, though: simply because I choose a specific theme and expect my teammates to do the same. That doesn’t sit well with their own plans, or with the plans of the person who sent them to me. So I’m a no-go, as there’s no way to give the ‘home clique’ an upvote without me seeing it and saying something about it.
If you want to work with people like that, you’d have to be either deaf and blind, or incredibly stupid, or greedy enough, or corrupt.

It is regrettable that we have to resort to methods here to curb "corruption," since honest behavior seems to be in short supply all over the world. If people talk about "global warming," we could just as well speak of a "moral inferno."...

I was here when solo application was experimented before May 2024. It's return is awesome 😎. I appreciate you, the Steemit team for having a listening ear. I also want to thank @dove11 for reviving this approach. Trust me, it will go well. My application in the shortest possible time

From the individual applications we will select the Curator teams.

Good decisions come before us again and again. This is undoubtedly a very good decision, a separate application would be better. I support this and will happily submit an application for October. ✌️

I really like this new individual application method. It gives everyone the opportunity to apply based on their own experience and qualifications. I hope the Steemit Team will form a great team by selecting capable and active curators from various communities. Thank you to the Steemit Team for this new curation system for October.
