in SteemOne Community ♨4 days ago (edited)

#HELLO DEAR STEEMIAN FRIENDS

How are you all? Welcome to this special milestone journey of experience. First of all, I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart @josepha. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to gain experience in the transport area in the third week of Steemit challenge season-33.

This ongoing life is included in all people's villages and cities. This special journey encourages us to continue our daily activities including visiting the necessary places at all times. Not just a specific place but like getting lost. But even while getting lost, we are interested in visiting different places.
What is the common means of transportation in your community? Tell us, including the location of the transportation

1000053134.jpg

Especially in Uttam Betarpara, Rangpur district, Bangladesh, one of the main means of communication or transportation is auto-rickshaw. It is now 2026, so special auto-rickshaws help people reach different places very quickly.

1000053142.jpg

Moreover, earlier foot-driven rickshaws were very slow and those rickshaws are still prevalent today. But people use auto-rickshaws to reach their desired places quickly and on time. However, it can be reached very quickly at a low cost, which can be called a great time-saving project.

1000053559.jpg

The joy of walking along these rural roads is really part of the excitement. For example, the beautiful nature of the trees on both sides brings peace of mind to the heart. Here I am trying to show the beautiful roads of this rural environment with pictures.
Which mode of transportation system do you use more often in your community and why?

1000053572.jpg

Especially in our Uttam Betarpara, these beautiful paved roads are 8 feet wide. Large vehicles are prohibited from moving on these roads. Therefore, small private cars, including foot-driven rickshaws or auto-rickshaws, are usually used on these roads.

1000053568.jpg

I usually use these special auto-rickshaws for special work, such as going to the market or coming home. The main purpose of using these attractive auto-rickshaws is to save my special time and after completing my activities at special places, I can quickly reach home and go to the place of activity, which is very convenient for me and for our local residents.

1000053117.jpg

Moreover, when I go from Rangpur to Dhaka or when I come from Dhaka to Rangpur, I choose the special buses of Hanif Bus Counter as the transportation system. I left Dhaka at midnight. Then at 6 am, I was dropped off at Rangpur Shapla Chattar. From there, I rode an auto rickshaw and reached home very quickly in a short time. Which is very convenient for me and besides, the people of this region get many benefits by using auto rickshaws for transportation. However, as a convenience in our area, this auto rickshaw helps us save time. That is exactly why I choose this battery-powered auto rickshaw for transportation.
How affordable, safe, and convenient is the transportation system in your community?

1000053567.jpg

In our area, foot-driven rickshaws and auto-rickshaws are common, so to go from Uttam Betarpara to CO Bazar, you have to pay 15 taka for a foot-driven rickshaw. But here, when I take a slow-moving rickshaw or foot-driven rickshaw, it takes more time. In that case, when I choose an auto-rickshaw, it helps me save time and I can easily go to CO Bazar market for just 10 taka.

1000053576.jpg

Besides, since these special auto-rickshaws are fast, I don't have to wait long on the road, but I find it a safe journey to reach a place very quickly. Foot-driven rickshaws are very slow, which puts me at risk over time. However, I think that big vehicles ply on the world's roads, so it seems much safer to me to go to work or to the necessary place in the shortest time from the road. That is why using an auto-rickshaw is very economical and convenient for me.

1000053577.jpg

However, in terms of convenience, I can say that using this auto rickshaw to quickly go shopping when a guest comes to my house gives me a wonderful sense of peace and allows me to enjoy the surrounding weather. Moreover, it is very convenient or helps to save time by buying the necessary products very quickly and returning home by auto rickshaw.
Tell us the challenges that you and other commuters face with the transportation system and the improvements you would like to see.
Especially on these rural roads and on the world roads, one of the vehicles that ply for the locals is this auto rickshaw or foot-driven rickshaw. In our Rangpur city, the number of auto rickshaws is usually very low. So we have to wait for 10 to 15 minutes to go to a specific necessary place. However, standing and waiting on the road is really annoying and time-consuming. So I think since the demand for auto rickshaws is very high in our area, auto rickshaws should be increased and foot-driven rickshaws should be reduced. This will make the journey of the people of this region faster and they will have the opportunity to do a lot of work in a short time.

1000053579.jpg

Moreover, the impact of auto-rickshaws is less visible here during exams. I think that auto-rickshaws should be increased to reach various offices, courts, schools, madrasas and private places. Moreover, many times when it comes to calculating the price, rickshaw drivers ask for more fare. Or they charge more fare from strangers including visitors coming from other areas. These problems create a serious disaster. And confuse tourists. So I think that the fare should be determined by indicating the place through a signboard at each port. We are known people so we have no problem. But when a visitor comes, I want him to get the same facilities like me.

1000053575.jpg

However, it would be very important for me to see some special roads or natural surroundings in this area clean. There are some broken roads on the world road, the government should have more ideas about repairing them. This will make people's transportation faster and the movement of vehicles will be smooth. Also, when these special vehicles move fast, it will save people's time. If the roads are broken, we often face accidents. Or the battery cost, fuel cost and accessory cost increase, and time goes by more, these should be controlled. All these improvements will be a great way to make an area cleaner and people's travel facilities self-sufficient and save time.
What advice would you give to a visitor who is about to use the local transportation system in your community for the first time?

1000053556.jpg

This is a very good question which relates my daily life to a visitor. When an unknown visitor comes to our area, he will definitely travel in this special fast auto rickshaw by asking the fare. But if it is his first time, he can definitely ask the fare properly and get into the auto rickshaw with the help of a person nearby by telling the name of the place. This will be economical for him and a great way to reach the right place quickly. This will avoid any conflict with the rickshaw puller.

1000053554.jpg

Moreover, I would like to suggest that instead of taking a foot-driven rickshaw, you can reach your destination faster by taking an auto rickshaw, which will save your time. At the same time, you will enjoy more of that region and make your activities easier. However, when you go outside Rangpur district, I think you should identify Hanif Bus as the fastest bus. And by paying the right fare, you can reach any place in Bangladesh. We have these special fast counters located in Rangpur Kamarpara, 11 kilometers away from Uttam Betar Para.

1000053563.jpg

You must travel with caution. You should board any vehicle only after determining the fare. Moreover, you should inform yourself about the place you are in by following the special signboards. Of course, if you go to an unfamiliar place, keep yourself alert and protect your life and property. Also, you will understand where you are by looking at the signboards, which is very convenient for you. Moreover, it is better to consult with the person you go to about the vehicle.

1000053560.jpg

I hope that this special event, rural environment and beautiful lifestyle, along with fast-paced travel, will be a success for all of you. May everyone be well, may Allah Hafez. I am always grateful for your valuable time and cooperation here.

Review:
Some rural areas have fewer transportation systems, and rickshaws, motorcycles, and vehicles are the most commonly found means of transportation in rural areas. The only problem with rickshaw as a means of transportation is that it cannot go to far places; instead, it is used for internal transport. Friend, I advise you to avoid using words that don't relate to the topic and also avoid typographical errors, as a lot is detected in your publication. Communication is different from transportation so saying communication or transportation doesn't match.

Thank you very much for your comments. I am also very happy to know that you have reviewed the issues very carefully. However, I should correct all these mistakes. This will improve the quality of the post. Thank you very much for your kind comments and grateful advice.

The picture you have given of the communication system and daily commute in the Uttam Betarpara area of Rangpur is quite clear. The routine of returning from Dhaka to Hanif Coach via Shapla Chattar and reaching home by auto is similar to the commuting habits of people in many districts and cities of our country. In my opinion, although the use of battery-powered auto-rickshaws to save time is quite reasonable, attention should also be paid to ensuring that the traditional pedal rickshaws are not completely lost in the circle of additional conveniences. If the pressure of additional autos increases on the 8-foot-wide roads of villages or mofussils, there is a risk of reducing the walking space for pedestrians. The proposal you have given to put up signboards of fixed fares for outsiders or tourists is really very useful. If the local administration takes steps to stop this tendency of demanding additional fares whenever they meet strangers, the suffering of the common people will be greatly reduced. I think the guidelines you have given will help in further disciplining the local transportation system. Thank you very much for inviting me to this contest. I have already participated in this contest. Best wishes to you for this contest. 😊
