A weak run, but it lasted for an hour so i'm good
My nutrition hasn't been very good lately so this has transitioned over to my fitness life making me feel like I am low on energy in my runs when I shouldn't be that way. IT probably doesn't help that I was very very ill just a little while ago but my run that I went on a few days ago wasn't good. It didn't feel good and it was really tough. I gassed out pretty early on and actually slowed to a walk long before I got to my usual 5k mark.

you can see there with the dip in my heart rate where I just had to stop. But when I say "stop" i mean slow down to a fast walk. I don't fully stop until I am back home. I never do.

At an average of over 8 mins per kilometer, I am not pleased with this at all. But, it also isn't entirely accurate because there was a period towards the end where something weird happened with my watch and also I forgot to turn it off and therefor it attributed my sitting down at home as still being part of the run.

You can see there where it became walk time. I guess I did that for the better part of a kilometer. I still finished the circuit though and I kind of found a second wind, or so I thought, in round two but then just ended up feeling gassed again.
I really don't feel like I had enough gas in the tank and therefore I am going to return to my pre-illness plan of eating oats in the morning or at least several hours before I plan on going running. That was working for me before.
So I'm a bit disappointed at my lack of progress but I still got out there and kept moving for an hour, which is more than most people can claim. I'm sure it will get better.
